200 psi UL Listed FM Approved Resilient Wedge Gate Valve, Series 7000

Kennedy Valve Series 7000 Resilient Wedge Gate Valves meet or exceed the requirements of AWWA standard C515, and are UL-262/FM-1120/1130, ULC - Underwriters’ of Canada as KS-RW 4” and larger and KS-FW 3” and down, and NSF Certified. Available in either non-rising stem (NRS) or outside screw & yoke (OS&Y). NRS style is available with post plate for adaptation with an indicator post. They are cast of ductile iron. OS&Y gate valves enjoy 3 to 10 times less friction loss than comparable UL-FM butterfly valves. OS&Y gate valves also offer a superior means to avoid water hammer upon closing the valve.
